Ken Brooks is an award-winning patent attorney with over ten years of experience in the intellectual property law industry. Mr. Brooks’ practice covers a variety of IP and IP-adjacent matters including patent application drafting & prosecution, trademark matters, as well as contractual agreements, royalties, and licensing. Mr. Brooks focuses on helping individuals and companies protect their IP through a variety of leading strategies and techniques.

Mr. Brooks previously served as General Counsel & IP Attorney at a U.S.-based software corporation and lead the in-house legal department where he successfully expanded the IP development and protection program far beyond its original scope; helping cement the company as an R&D forward entity.

Mr. Brooks’ technical experience covers a range of technologies including materials science; integrated electrical & mechanical systems; mechanical systems; software/computer science arts; and consumer products and processes.
